Ganpat Metal Industries Zeron 100 is a super duplex steel developed by Rolled Alloys. combined with high strength The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance. It contains 25% chromium and 7% nickel and 3.6% molybdenum along with additions of copper and tungsten. Zeron 100 has a 50–50 austenitic–ferritic structure. ZERON 100 Bolts are available in a wide range & two different grades. ZERON 100 fasteners are mainly used for pipework systems handling corrosive fluids. Although many pipes and fittings are joined by welding process, but in many places it is necessary to use flange connections and for such connection corrosion resistant fasteners are necessary. Both ZERON 100 FG and ZERON 100 are corrosion resistant. its also meet the chemical requirment of UNS S32760 and are made to a minimum PREn (pitting resistance equivalent) of 40 and are suitable for seawater service.
